Dear Delegates from those clubs who still haven’t submit their refund form:
Announcement from COCC PDG Betty Wong
During the 4th Council Meeting, COGs had agreed to set a Deadline for submission the refund form to COC on or before 15th June.
If we still haven’t received their refund form, then our Committee will consider the Clubs who didn’t submit in are willing to donate their Registration Fee (after deducted RM80 each) to donate to Single Mothers Projects
Lastly, Our Committee will like to express our sincere appreciation to PDG David Lee whom donated his Registration Fee and Hotel Room Payment to Single Mothers caring project.
